Healthy protein source lentil balls!

2 cups of red lentils
1 cup of fine bulgur
3 medium sized onions
1/2 (half) tea glass of olive oil
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
5-6 stalks of green onions
1/2 (half) bunch of parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
Black pepper, paprika, cumin, mint, basil, salt

Lentil Balls Recipe
First of all, we take our medium pot.
We boil our lentils in 4-5 cups water and 2 cups.
After the lentils are boiled well, we put 1 cup of thin bulgur in it.
We put our cumin and salt in it and wait 15 minutes with the lid closed.
On the other hand, we cut our nectarine into small cubes. We roast in olive oil.
After our onions are roasted, we continue to add the tomato paste and roast it.
We also put our spices and take them out of the fire.
On the one hand, we wash and clean our parsley and green onion.
We put our lentils and onions in a deep bowl and start kneading.
After kneading well, we put our greens and lemon juice and if it is missing, we adjust our spices and salt and continue kneading.
Then we shape it and arrange it on our serving plate.
This recipe is for 6 people.
You can reduce it by the number of people.
